Claims Process


1. In case of Emergency, please call our 24/7 Claims Hotline +632 459-4768 and please be ready with the following information: 
     a. Full name of the Insured
     b. Policy Number
     c. The main cause of the call
     d. Passport Number or Identity card number
     e. Place where the Insured is located (Hotel/City/Address/Phone Number)

2. The Assistance Company will handle the case based on the terms and conditions of travel policy

3. If the case is covered under the policy, the Company will guarantee or cover the insured up to the limit of the policy. However, if the main cause of call is due to pre-existing medical conditions, the Company will only guarantee or cover the first $500 medical expenses that will be incurred. Anything in excess will be for the expense of the Insured.
